Jewelry Care
Just like your favorite pair of shoes or clothing in order for your jewelry to last you must take care of it.
It is recommended to use a polishing cloth or piece of paper towel to remove any grease, dirt or water droplet that may have come in contact with your jewelry then store jewelry in its original pouch. Doing this will help to preserve the color, shine and life of the jewelry.
For those pieces labeled water resistant which can be made of stainless steel and titanium, although the base metal is non-tarnish it is recommended to store in a cool, dry area and limit the amount of time this piece comes in contact with water. Reason being those pieces are water resistant and not water proof since only solid gold is 100% waterproof and I always want to keep it real with you guys.
For those pieces labeled alloy, keep away from water, perfumes and other chemicals as well as store in a cool dry area in original pouch. This will help to increase the lifespan. Pieces made of alloys as their base metal may be those beautiful gemstones pieces. However, I like to keep it real with you so to increase the lifespan please follow the above instructions.
Following these tips will definitely allow your jewelry to last a long time.
